1. Who we are

SUSTGPT is an independent commerce and learning platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any university, and we do not act as an authorised representative of any software vendor unless a specific product page says so in writing.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password and second factor secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

Accounts may be suspended where we reasonably believe they are being used for fraud, abuse of another customer, or to obtain work that will be submitted for assessment as the customer's own.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and are calculated on our servers at the moment you place the order. A price shown in your browser is an estimate until the order is confirmed; if a price has changed, checkout will tell you before anything is charged.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full where an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, where stock is genuinely unavailable, or where we cannot verify the payment.

4. Academic integrity

Our services are teaching, mentoring, review and prototyping services. We will not produce work to be submitted under your name for academic assessment. Requests of that kind are declined and may result in account suspension.

5. Digital products and licences

Digital purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the files. Download links are tied to your account, expire, and are revoked when an order is refunded. Licence keys are issued from our own inventory or a provider's authorised provisioning; sharing account credentials is never part of how we fulfil an order.

6. Services and quotes

A quote states the scope, price, turnaround and number of revisions included. Work starts when the quote is accepted by the customer who requested it, and where applicable when the deposit is paid. Changes to scope produce a new quote.

7. Limitation

We provide the platform and the goods and services described on it. We do not guarantee an academic result, a grade, or a specific outcome from any service, workshop or product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site, and the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
