Orders
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available for most orders. You can claim the order into an account later by verifying the email address you used.
How do I know my order was actually paid?
Your order page shows a payment timeline. An order only moves to paid when the payment provider confirms it directly to our servers — never on a browser redirect alone.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, until the parcel is handed to the courier. Ask from the order page or through support, and we will confirm the change.
Payments
Which payment methods work right now?
In this deployment: a clearly-labelled sandbox gateway for testing, cash on delivery for eligible orders, and manual bank transfer with staff verification. Mobile financial services require a merchant account before they can be switched on.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card data never reaches our servers. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own pages.
Products
Are these real products?
They are demonstration listings. Every brand in the catalogue — SUSTGPT Labs, Nimbrel Sensing, Torqueline Motion, Voltara Cells and the three software products — is fictional, and each listing carries a "Demo listing" label. Specifications describe common part families generically rather than someone else's product.
Something arrived faulty. What now?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo or a short video. Dead-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery.
Demo
Can I break anything in the demo?
No. Your demo is a private copy of the store. Reset it whenever you like; it is deleted automatically when it expires.
Memberships
What happens when I cancel a membership?
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing renews. You can reactivate at any time.
Do unused messages carry over?
No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Services
Will you write my assignment?
No. We teach, review, debug and build prototypes. We do not produce work to be submitted for assessment under your name, and requests of that kind are declined.
How is a service priced?
You send a brief, we read it, and we send an itemised quote: scope, price, turnaround and revisions included. Work starts once you accept it.
AI assistant
Can staff read my conversations?
Not by default. It requires a separate permission that is rarely granted, and every access is written to the audit log.
Is the assistant ever wrong?
It can be. Prices, stock and your own order details come from the live database and are reliable. General explanations are generated and should be checked against the linked source when it matters.
