Workshops: seats, joining and certificates

Seats are limited and allocated when payment completes. Capacity is enforced on the server — two people cannot take the same last seat.

Waitlist. When a session is full, join the waitlist. If a seat frees up you are notified and it is held for you for a limited time before passing to the next person.

Joining. Online sessions have a private link on your booking page, visible only to confirmed attendees. On-campus sessions list the venue.

Reminders arrive about 24 hours before the start.

Certificates are issued after the session for workshops that offer them, once attendance is marked.

Cannot attend? Cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund, or transfer your seat to someone else by telling us their name.
