Paying: sandbox, cash on delivery and bank transfer

Sandbox card payment

The sandbox imitates a hosted card page. You choose the outcome — approve, decline or expire — and the result reaches our server as a signed callback, exactly as a real gateway's would. That is the only thing that marks an order paid.

Cash on delivery

For eligible physical orders. The order waits as unpaid until the courier's cash is reconciled and a finance team member confirms it.

Bank transfer

Transfer the exact total quoting your order number. A finance team member checks the transfer and records what they checked before the order is released. Until then any workshop seats are held for you, not confirmed.

If a payment fails

Nothing is charged, the order stays open for 45 minutes, and Try another method on the order page starts a fresh attempt. Items stay reserved while you retry.
